Owned by Paulo Aveleira who also started the Ganics organic delivery service, Quensh is a result of Paulo's passion for food mixed with his incredible dedication to improving the planet through organic farming and sustainable living. Paulo was inspired by organic farming when he visited and stayed on an Organic farm in the U.S.A. He came back to South Africa, Cape Town in particular, and decided it was the ideal spot to start an organic deli, and the rest is history.
